Philip Getter is the Managing Member of GEMPH Development, LLC, an advisory firm. Upon graduation from Cornell University Mr. Getter served as Assistant to the Director of the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission. Mr. Getter has more than 35 years of investment banking experience, most recently as the head of Investment Banking and member of the Board of Prime Charter, Ltd. and President of DAMG Capital. He was a partner of Shearson, Hammill and Senior Partner of Devon Securities.

He was CEO and Chairman of the Board of Generics Corporation of America, one of the largest generic pharma companies in the U.S. and President and CEO of Wolins Pharmacal, a major distributor to the medical industry. Recently he has been the Chairman of the Board of InkSure Technologies and chairman of the audit committees of EVCI Career Colleges and of ICTS International, a company that provides security solutions to the transportation and, in partnership with Experian, to the banking industry. Mr. Getter was on the boards of public companies in film distribution, exhibition, production and animation as well as music and a number of not for profit symphonies, theatres and venues.

Mr. Getter is on the TONY [Awards] Administration and Rules Committees, as well as Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Kurt Weill Foundation for Music and the American Theatre Wing Advisory Board. Mr. Getter has produced for Broadway, film and television.
