The Kurt Weill Foundation has established a second annual grant application deadline, 15 September, limited to support of college productions of Weill stage works taking place in the fall semester of the current school year. College applicants have explained that their schools cannot make repertoire decisions a full year in advance to meet the 1 November grant program application deadline covering Weill performances in the following calendar year or cultural season. In order to give these college applicants an opportunity to obtain Kurt Weill Foundation funding, the Board of Trustees has established a second limited funding period, subject to the same application requirements and review process as the 1 November applications.
