        The Lotte Lenya Competition recognizes talented singer/actors of all nationalities, ages 19-32, who are dramatically and musically convincing in repertoire ranging from contemporary Broadway scores to opera/operetta, including the works of Kurt Weill.

      • The Kurt Weill Edition

        The Foundation is in the process of publishing Kurt Weill's musical legacy in newly-engraved full scores that uphold the highest scholarly and critical standards.

      • Grants Programs & Collaborative Initiatives

        The Foundation's Grant Program gives financial support to individuals and not-for-profit organizations for projects related to Weill, Lenya, or Marc Blitzstein.

      • The Lotte Lenya Competition Songbook

        Through the Lotte Lenya Competition Songbook Series, the Foundation awards and showcases new theater songs that have not been widely disseminated and that can serve Lenya Competition contestants seeking new pieces for their programs.

      • Fellowships, Artist Sponsorships, Mentorships, & Prizes

        The Foundation administers a collection of programs designed to nurture the careers of emerging performers, conductors, and stage directors, along with prizes for important new scholarly work.

      • The Weill-Lenya Research Center

        The Weill-Lenya Research Center is the principal international repository for research materials related to Weill's and Lenya's lives and careers.
