Once again, Street Scene takes the stage at a major German theater. The Musiktheater im Revier is known especially for its productions of Broadway musicals, and they don’t shy away from Broadway opera, either. The new staging comes from the Bayerischen Theaterakademie August Everding, which gave the first production last season. However, MiR will feature a professional cast and creative team for the run of ten performances between now and the end of 2012.
